| Charter: | During the late 1980s and into the 1990s and beyond, 4-H Extension, USDA and Council, working with the Land-Grant University System, placed a priority on developing and strengthening partnerships in support of youth issues and offering use of the well-proven Extension delivery system to new constituencies and partners both inside and outside of government. This section will document this initiative. |
