History Preservation Program Project Funding Donations

Instructions

Thank you for your interest in supporting the 4-H History Preservation Program.

Please provide your contact information on the form listed below. Your information will be held in strict confidence and only be used with regard to your support of the 4-H History Preservation Program.
Listed below, you will find all of the projects that we are currently raising funds for. Below each project are listed several suggested donation amounts, along with an 'other', which will allow you to specify your own amount.
Please select as many project areas and amounts as you desire.
Once you have made your selections, click on the 'Create Donation Form' button at the bottom of the form.
Your completed donation form will appear on the screen. Please print two (2) copies of this form, one copy to send with your donation, and one copy for your records.
Once you have verified your donation form, please mail it along with appropriate payment to the following address:

Donation Areas

A wide variety of options exist for you to help support the 4-H History Preservation Program mission. Opportuinities exist in the following areas:

You will notice that after each project description, there is a line with several pre-defined amounts on it.

Each project also has two standard options: '$0.00' and 'Other'.

The '$0.00' option is selected for each project and signifies that you do not want to make a donation for that project. This is the default setting for all projects. If you specify an amount for a project, and later change your mind, simply select the '$0.00' amount to remove that project from your list.

The 'Other' option gives you the ability to specify an amount other than one of the pre-defined amounts.

You may make a donation in any amount for any project or projects that you would like to. All donations are greatly appreciated and will help to document and preserve 4-H history.

Digitize the 4-H History book, "The 4-H Story - A History of 4-H Club Work" by Franklin M. Reck. 1951. 326p. The first major history book written about 4-H at the national level; having the book available on the 4-H history preservation website is a key priority.

Digitize 75 years of NATIONAL 4-H NEWS, the national magazine for 4-H leaders. In its work over the past two years, the National 4-H History Preservation Team has determined that no other single body of information is more important to the documentation and referencing of 4-H History at the national, state and local levels as this magazine. The plan is to completely digitize the full 75 years of NATIONAL 4-H NEWS and make it available through the 4-H history preservation website.
